Service representative Pat Balais was very helpful in responding to my request for handicap room. We had a very good experience.
Room was clean and quite. Husband has health issues and the staff made sure our room wasn't at the end of the hall but close to the elevator and other amenities.

Staff is cordial and responsive. Rooms are clean, nice to have breakfast included too
Great location. Tons of stores and food close by. Stayed here because of a Cross-country event at Concordia University and it was very easy to get there from here. Microwave, fridge, pool, and breakfast all worked and helped make our stay easy.
