I have stayed here and used this hotel many times. It’s normally clean and the service is appropriate for the price. However, I recently made and PAID IN FULL for a 5 day reservation for an employee who was a victim of domestic violence and needed a place to stay and be safe. This hotel denied her check in as she only had a debit card for the $100 deposit. Ok, understandable, but they also refused a refund and decided keeping the entire payment was appropriate even though she never used the room and it was available to rent.... read more

On your most recent reply to denying check in to a 5 day paid in full reservation, instead of just quoting generic policies, can you actually explain why you kept all 5 days payment? It would be reasonable to keep the first day, as it is as held and not rentable, but the next four days it was obviously available. Were you at 100% capacity and truly denied reservations and suffered true financial loss or Are you using policy as a cover for greed?
