Rooms weren’t very clean and the hallways were so gross! The shower was awful! Somewhat friendly staff but they clearly don’t care if you have room problems. At first the prison like feel of the room was very off putting with the all brick walls but I actually appreciated it when a hail storm broke at 3am
It's had wonderful service , got us right in to our room. Definitely will be stopping here again. The bed is super comfy in the room is huge.
Booking this place was tough. I started out through booking.com and had to cancel and change dates, (they kept sending me to the property for free cancelation request even though my rrservation said I could cancel for free until day before, not specified 24hr) called the hotel directly to get refund they agreed to refund the fee and booked new dates directly through them. Refund was pending until we checked in and not only did it disappear but they charged full amount of new stay immediately (no pending on that one). Every t... read more
Great stay, all up to snuff. But bring your own shampoo/soap-body wash. Only sad little hotel soap cakes and one little shampoo. Time to upgrade to in-shower dispensers.
