They do not clean the rooms properly what so ever , they have roaches that be popping out here and there and I also believe they have some type of bed bug or flea infestation you will be itching like crazy then have bumps on your skin!! The staff is poor I’ve been in the room 3 days I’ve asked for house keeping and haven’t gotten any help no new towels or tissue! This place was tore up from the floor up fr. The toilet wouldn't stop running all night and there was a used wash cloth hanging on the hanger.
I was disappointed when we arrived to find out the pool was closed, but it wasn’t posted anywhere including the website that was still advertising it as an amenity. However, the room was even more disappointing. The toilet Was full of pee and the whole bathroom smelled awful. The shower and curtain had black stains on them, and the walls were covered with black and red stains. The beds were broken and the edges of the sheets ripped. Absolutely disturbing. Roaches everywhere & cigarettes buds
In my entire life I never been so disappointed they definitely need to close that place ., their advertisements are a total lie that is totally the opposite of the service they offered. First of all they gave me the wrong address when I went to the address given , it was not the one I booked On top of it the receptionist ensured me that the one I booked was at 45 minutes away and she wrote down the address that you'll see below and when I went there it was a factory , noticed that I drove 45 minutes.
