The check in person had the personality of a wet mop. The "non smoking" room he assigned had toxic levels of cigarette smoke. It took two tries by the wet mop to find a tolerable room with minimal smoke smell. The parking lot lights had the intensity of a high security prison shining into the room. Wet mop and lights weren't the only problems. The carpets, especially the hallway, were overdue for their annual vacuum. While the location was convenient, I will NEVER return.
Room was nasty w/boogers on the walls, had to clean bathtub to take a shower toilet was not cleaned and they refused to give me a refund all thought I was only in it for 5 minutes
Wouldn't be my first choice of a place to stay next time I'm in Columbus. The customer service wasn't good, unfortunately. Rooms smelled like smoke even though they said non smoking 🚭
