When I got to the hotel it was closed!
I’ll start with service, which was fantastic. Roger gave us recommendations and was enthusiastic. Made us feel like he appreciated our business. The rooms were okay, nothing special. We could hear the room above us quite a bit. Location didn’t seem like it was in the safest area, but it worked as a stop in spot while driving through.
Guy at check-in was terribly rude and made some comments about my physical appearance just because he had to come from the back to check me in Also I tried to talk to management and she seemed like it was OK what he did and said and refuse to do anything about it. Also rooms were dirty. You could tell they have not been vacuumed and there was hair in the bathtub when I went to go take a shower for the first time. Also, there was a sticky trap full of bugs near my hotel room in the hotel hallway
