We just bought a Southern Home by Clayton a little over a year ago. We have had nothing but problems from the master shower! The grout has done nothing but Crack and chip off since we've had it. The company sent out 2 young folks that smeared on some grout and made a mess. The shower leaked and has ruined floors and walls. When they were called about the issues, they will not return our calls or help with the situation. We are having to spend 12,000$ to have repaired. Have been trying to get my shower fixed since October 2024 water leaks out in other rooms from wall and pan leaking.They sent 2 kids out they grouted and caulked made a mess of my shower it still leaks ,then they sent out Mr. Thompson he checked everything and said it would be completely replaced.
