Selected this hotel for the price and location to the wedding we were attending in Etna. Rooms were clean and were definitely refreshed thou workmanship was lacking. Our door keycard didn’t work well had to insert card numerous times before it would unlock. Liked that the bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty or pumps didn’t work. Not issue as I bring my own shampoo. A/C worked very well. Appears to be an older hotel with visible wear and tear. The breakfast was very minimal but there's a Black Bear across the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice large swimming pool.
The house keeping was top notch. We were there for the fires and were swapping crews every 24 hours and by the time the other got to the room it was clean and ready.
