Booked a birthday weekend well in advance for May 2025 with the expectation of staying at their hotel with an indoor pool and free Continental breakfast, which the website advertises. When we got there the pool was not ready or useable. Got up in the morning and went down for breakfast and no breakfast available. Very disappointed since i would have booked at another hotel. As some of the other reviews say, do not under any circumstances stay at this hotel. I have been in some bad ones, but this is by far the worst I have ever been in. No air conditioning, no television, no pool, no breakfast and the television was broke. The room smelled, and the floors were dirty. The lamp was broken and only had one bulb, and the shower ceiling tiles were falling down. I cannot reemphasize this enough. Do not stay here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. There were cockroaches under the bed. There was a red substance splattered on the wall. When I told them about it, they offered to move my family to another room, which probably also had cockroaches. They have not responded to calls or emails asking for a refund. I was in the room for five minutes before realizing it was too nasty to stay in. I'll never stay at another Baymont. Ever!!
