Wonderful location. Reception staff mostly friendly. They weren't happy when I reported that the elevator was not working. I had the impression that it's happened before, often! The breakfast was just above average. But, the area was kept clean and tidy by the staff. View of the Yakima River is awesome. The sound of the running waters is sufficiently above the road noise.

Great riverside location along wonderful pedestrian path, and nice grass right outside our slider for our dog.

I was extremely disappointed with how my stay at Baymont Inn & Suites Yakima was handled. At check-in, I fully disclosed that I was traveling with a goat. I specifically explained that he would NOT be staying in the hotel room or entering the building. He would remain outside while it was warm and then be crated in my truck once it cooled down. The employee checking me in told me this was acceptable and even moved us to a first-floor single queen room to make caring for him outside easier. Later that evening, another employe... read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t realize when i booked, but our room had a fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. Pleasant surprise. Clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent ac. All rooms have view of pretty river, balcony. Cable channels.
