Perfect location for downtown, restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Loved being on the river and because it didn't face the road, it's very private. Definitely will stay here again.

I wish there was a way to leave TEN stars for this place because Stephanie at the front desk was my HERO!! I booked through Booking.com, which I usually do with hotels because of the lower rate and the points, but when I arrived I found out that Booking.com had sent the hotel the wrong dates - I was checking in on a Saturday for one night but they had sent the hotel Friday. Thankfully they had a room available so we booked with the hotel directly and then I proceeded to spend a lifetime in customer service purgatory trying t... read more
Rooms were clean. Had to walk quite aways to get to the room.
