Stayed overnight and have to say the staff was impeccable! They went above and beyond to attend our entire tour group. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again. 💯
Sadly, can't say that I can speak to the rooms. Before my booking, I received a notification that my booking had been cancelled due to the hotel's room card machine being down. A week later, and I still have a charge on my card for over $100. Customer service phone rings but no answer. Not the best first impression and you might consider other options.
If I could rate this place 0 I would, the front desk has several people working there, one of the guy is rude and disrespectful not to mention no clean towels in the room, the carpet was filthy the toilet did not flush properly, the sink did not drain properly and when you request maintenance for the problem excuses are made
Calling this a dump would be a compliment! Busted pool. Trashy room: broken TV, broken furniture, dark room with hardly any lighting. Questionable guests! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
