We had to change rooms because the TV and air conditioning didn't work they did refund 100.00. Asked for a ice bucket the older lady said they didn't have any and handed us a plastic bag to ice and we had to put it in our bathroom sink. Now that's real sanitary now isn't. She didn't greet us standing up she sat in a chair while checking us in and on top of that she ran our card and said insufficient funds which we knew there was more then enough money called the 1 800 number and they said it was at there end. Very much enjoyed staying at this location. It is a great value hotel in the area, especially considering the expensive rates being so close to glacier national Park.

Pros: Close location to west entrance to Glacier National Park. Room was clean. Cons: Don't plan on swimming in the pool- the pool was filthy with scum. The front desk called to resolve an issue with payment, went down in person to resolve it and told it was resolved and then received yet another call after checking out. Wifi was unreliable. Toilet would randomly start running.
