I found that Ryan the night desk person was argumentative when I asked about fitness room. I stated that I saw a fitness room available and he got huffy and frustrated with me. I am a customer and I expect to be treated with respect. He seemed like a stressed out and should never be working in a customer service industry.
Not the most glamorous place in the world but it was well kept and clean and the employees we're top notch!
