Loved my stay here, but I would have liked the room to have more drawers to put clothes in.
I especially want to thank DeAngelo Scott , front desk , for his personal care & help. He is a wonderful asset to your hotel. I’m Nancy Scott , my husband Edward needed emergency care at Westchester Medicsl Center. Rose at check in was very helpful but DeAngelo Scott was great!
Checked in around 9 pm. Receptionist has the least interest in doing his job. Playing with his cellphone during check-in is not a good sign. No personality at all. Wrong position for him? Plumbing fixtures are really cheap and already falling apart. Lavatory had missing pup up drain cover. It was not flowing. Drain issues? Tub is slippery. Safety? I think they tried to put a make up on 90 years old lady.
Hotel molto buono vicino al villaggio di Sleepy Hollow, perfetto per visitare la Valle dell'Hudson. Stanze grandi dotate di microonde, frigo e divanetto. Colazione abbondante, dolce e salata, ampio parcheggio.
