Our visit was a disaster. Where should I start at check in was fine but it all changed when we got our room requested to queen size bed ended up with full size beds our reservation was for 4 people at the room towels for only for 3 request extra set was told to wait literally requested some additional pillows “NO WE ARE OUT” indoor pool was a disastrous at the the did not list the hours of operations. We enjoyed our stay and the crews are friendly
The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the heated pool. It ended up being cold, and with the windows open letting in cold air, my kids couldn’t stay in long—so we didn’t get the full pool time we were hoping for. The pool area also had some unsettling wear and tear. Aside from that, everything else was great. The hotel is very nice, clean, and felt safe.
