Don't leave your valuables in plain sight. My debit card was stolen from a table inside my room. I left my card on the table before I went to do rides at the mall, thinking it would be less likely to get lost. It was the only item on the table, so it's super obvious when it's gone after I came back late into the night. I talked to the manager and they helped me look into it, which I did appreciate, but of course they wouldn't be able to find out where my card went. Stayed here in early October, room 310.

Place was tough checking in because it was being paid by our band for medical reasons. It’s great location, near the hospital we needed to be at. Beds and pillows are not so comfy, bed is hard. We had to continuously call them because when our rooms were cleaned up, they did not put towels back or toilet paper. But having two separate rooms was great. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the front desk staff was excellent during my brief interaction. My only concern is the bed height, it’s quite tall and could pose a safety risk for guests with toddlers.

We stayed in a loft. Room was clean, beds were soft and the staff were very helpful and kind. We could hear people going through the garbage on the first night but other than that everything was great. It's right across the street from the West Ed mall so very convenient.
