Bed was comfy, room was quiet
BED BUG ALERT..We went to this hotel once.before and everything was great so I decided to spend 2 nights there with my husband and 2 kids but second night before bed my husband got bit by a BED BUG..then found 3 more after that we packed all our things up and left ..Told the front counter and she told me someone will call me in the morning with a refund ...No phone call , so I called and she just decided to scream at me and hung up in my face ...Real professional..She obviously knows about the issue never will I go back
