No microwave no phone(in an accessible room), one wash cloth and it was hanging up and wet. No rug to step on when you get out of the shower. Safety hazard. An ironing board but no iron . You really do get what you pay for. Or not. One piece of soap the size of a quarter. One tiny packet of shampoo, no conditioner. No shower cap. It really is just a place to lay your head. The key didnt work, and they had to use the master key to let us in our room. The sheets were dirty and blood stained. There was a half empty Gatorade in the fridge. Bugs all over the floor with the corner chair flipped up. We check out faster than we checked in. Do not recommend! The staff was kind and helpful, but it didn't make up for all the missteps!
Pass this place up! No Joke! This place is disgusting!! Upon entering trash all around the grounds. The room smelt like Marijuana, sheets were stained, but "clean". Trim work all around room was gone. The room was dark with all the lights on. Wasn't cleaned properly, dust around the head board. Scared to take my shoes off!! In the drawer findings of left behind paraphranelia... The front desk was kind & understanding when we decided to go elsewhere.
Phone didn't work, microwave didn't work, hair dryer didn't work, iron board no iron.
I booked this as a Hotwire hot rate deal so didn’t do my due diligence beforehand in researching this place. Shame on me. This has made me reevaluate using that pathway given how terrible this place is. The front desk people were pleasant enough but that unfortunately does not make up for how disgusting my room was. I didn’t see any bed bugs or cockroaches so I guess that’s something.
