This was the worst experience ever! I am a Wyndham Gold member. I show up to check in to the reservation that was took over a month ago and told you don't have a reservation. I said yes I do and her is my confirmation number. I told her I even called this past Monday with a special request. She was like no you dont and I can't help you. Rude was an understatement. I asked for a manager and got 0 help with that also. Wyndham has sure went down on customer service.

Worst motel in the country. No heat, no door key, a total disaster! Avoid at all costs.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star We didn’t stay long enough to take photos of the room. Was told room with direction and found an unnumbered room but our key didn’t work. Checked back in to confirm is our room the one with out the number. We tired the key didn’t work, back to reprogram the key still didn’t work. A man showed up to unlock the room for us and we thanked him. The loud animal noises didn’t bother us to much but the site of the room made us leave with in 5 mins.
