When checking in I asked if I could have an extended check out time of 12 noon instead of 11am. I was told that wouldn't be a problem, that she would leave a note for the morning shift and I should mention it to them also. The next morning I stop at the front desk and ask for a 12 noon check out, I'm told 1130 is the latest check out time possible, so I accept. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are always clean. What really makes the stay great is Angela from the night shift — she is the BEST! Every time I check in she makes it welcoming, friendly, and she goes out of her way to be helpful. She has even helped me with membership/points issues that other staff never mentioned. Honestly, I look forward to seeing her when I arrive because she provides real customer service. On the other hand, my experience with the morning staff (Rosie) has not been the same.
