This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we got there, there was hair on the ground from the previous people in the bathroom. The remote didn’t work for the TV. We got woken up in the middle of the night by screaming and profanity in the hallway. The next day when we decided to go to the pool, the spa was closed for what looked like some kind of vomit or bodily function that happened in the spa. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and would strongly advise others—especially families—to stay elsewhere. From the moment I checked in, there were repeated, unexplained charges attempted on my card after I used it at the property. My bank declined them as suspicious. When I brought this to the front desk, I was brushed off and told it was “just fraud protection from your bank” and that I “didn’t need to worry,” which is not an acceptable response when a guest’s card is repeatedly being charged without explanation. ... read more

Absolutely disgusting rooms. First room had a full tub with water running and urine in the toilet with the toilet tank lid off. Immediately got a second room. New room had mold in my shower and the tub finish was actively peeling. No shampoo or soap. Blood marks on the wall in bathroom. Gross.
