This place needs to work on customer service and clean the place up....There was a young lady who got back to the hotel about 11 pm to find out her room card was not working And it took untill 4 am to get anyone to fix it for her...there was a second lady who got back after a night of work at 2 am again could not access her room and waited along with the other for someone to fix the issue.. No one at the front desk or even answering the phone that is just crazy and so rude....

Was not even there 24 hours and got 3 bites from this lovely fellow....when I reported it to the front desk they had no care in the world. He asked me so are you checking out now....I had to reach out and found out they refunded half of my stay...then the mod was like yeah next time you want to stay here I will give you a discount...um no thanks this place should be shut down...going to continue to go higher....unbelievable conditions
