The front desk clerk is not very friendly. He's quite abrasive when speaking and lacks all required customer service skills.
This place needs to work on customer service and clean the place up....There was a young lady who got back to the hotel about 11 pm to find out her room card was not working And it took untill 4 am to get anyone to fix it for her...there was a second lady who got back after a night of work at 2 am again could not access her room and waited along with the other for someone to fix the issue.. No one at the front desk or even answering the phone that is just crazy and so rude....
Good place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful
