Room has some updates and is good size but beware….NOISY. Can hear road noise from busy hwy. and people walking in rooms next door vibrates Biggest issue was smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm kept going off just after 6 am. Called front desk and they were nearly useless. Offered another room? Said “I don’t know what to do my manager is not awake yet?” First response when I said - smoke alarm going off was “it’s a non smoking room?!?!!!” So I repeated it…then she said “i don’t know-is it bothering you!?!” Unbelievable. Would rather sleep outside! Had some of the WORST customer service and slowest response time I can think of in any hotel I've stayed at -- no surprise service is SO bad here, it's rural Texas, Americas most backward region. I look forward to writing a LONG complaint about my bad experience
