I made and and canceled a reservation through Travelocity weeks before the date I was supposed to stay with Baymont. The hotel charged me as a no show and when I called, they said it wasn't their fault and provided no help on how to get a refund.
I was staying at this hotel for 3 weeks, my personal experience is that there is a lot of room for improvement. I didn't like this location at all! My first impression is one of the most important one: check in. And I got to say it was not an easy one. There is no receptionist most of the time, but if there is someone, their accent is very heavy, and not very accommodating either. Check in was very weird. There was no live person. I asked if there would be someone in person in the morning and the guy on the screen said yes. Turns out the only person live was a guy who clearly spoke English as a second language because he just kept yelling at me that breakfast closes at 9am. I was in the Cafe eating, and asked if I was allowed to keep eating there. He just ignored me and closed the door to the supply room lol. It was so quiet.
