The hotel would make a better horror film set than a weekend getaway guest room. Our room was extremely run down. Broken lamp shade, heavily dripping faucet in bathtub, both doors in room looked very beat up and appearance of dried blood or costume blood stained in bathroom door . Front door very worn and heavily scuffed and marked. AC unit ridddled w broken glass. Toilet shifted everytime you sit down. Toilet seat also very loose. Ice maker didn’t work and snack machine broken. Halls dank.
Little dated. Some of the staff are unfriendly. Had someone open my room door twice by " accident " or they thought I had checked out even though I paid for 3 more days.. sketchy
Pricing has gone insane. Be aware of your charges. Been going here for years and was given good rates. But now they went from $382.95 a week to $536.13 during my current stay without telling me the price change. I could have checked weekly every charge, but have issues previous years. They claim I have a suite because they have a couch in it different from normal rooms. I had couches before and no charge difference. Older hotel. Nothing fancy. But great service, clean, close to the highway and Starbucks! We’d stay here again for a last minute event! Pool was clean and pretty big!
I was upset that the hot tub wasn’t working. Other than that my stay was good.
