Hotel was clean but definitely had some cobwebs to be cleaned. No elevator so if you have mobility issues ask for the first floor. Hotel has a lot of stairs because of the layout of the hotel connected to each building or floor. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. Lots of geese poop on the lakeside. If you get rooms 301-304 with a balcony, the balcony’s are small. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Jose Cantina restaurant is right next door, very good food.
The original room we were given was in an older building that was not pictured in their advertisement. It had exterior doors and this door open up underneath a stairway that had furniture stashed in it. Upon our complaint we were given another room in a newer building with an interior entrance. The room was good but we had to settle for 2 queen size beds versus the king size we originally reserved.
