Booked this Hotel through Expedia back in March and like someone else said it is CONDEMNED, over 30 day ago! No word to us to give us a heads up! I'm glad we didn't stay there but finding out last minute is no fun!
Booked months ago, turned up today, it's been condemned as unfit for human habitation over a month ago. Customers should be informed before check in. The staff on site weren't unhelpful, but seemed unable to provide answers.
Booked this hotel through Priceline. Showed up and the hotel was CLOSED! No communication at all. Currently going through the refund process with Priceline, which is not quick
Worst service ever. Literally 8 pm the night before our stay. They emailed us and canceled our reservation. We booked months in advance for our vacation. Didn’t say anything about a refund or compensation. Every time I call, they just hang up on me. If I could give them a lower score I would. Now we get to scramble for a hotel and pay a premium price. I will never booking with this hotel chain ever again. Or recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your time here
