The check in staff member was polite and efficient. There were bugs in the room. We took one to the registration desk. I am not an expert in bed bugs because I don't practice living in filth. The carpet was damp. The towel bar fell off the wall. The toilet seat was loose. Motels should not have carpet.
the cleanest hotel I have been to so far. the breakfast was good and I will surely stay here again.
The room we received smelled soooo bad. If you ever stay here be sure to check the smell before you unpack anything. You might need to move to a different room. It was way overpriced for what you got. I would never stay here again. This was not in Springfield. I don't know why the review says Springfield. This was in a different state.
Okay so for a two-and-a-half star hotel this place is not bad! The front desk help was the sweetest most personable young lady, and I really enjoyed my conversations with her! I'm not sure what people were talking about regarding bed bugs, noise, and weird smells-because I have encountered none of that... My room is clean, and I haven't smelled weed or anything else in the hallways... No bed bugs, either!
