It was clean and quiet with a relatively friendly staff. I lost my insulin pen and the girl at the desk helped me look. When we called to stay the interstate exit for the hotel was.closed the young man could not help us navigate to get to the hotel, google sent us in circles for a long time, or tried to at least. It was close to the University we needed and easy to navigate from.
Tearsa and Jane at the front desk were awesome. I was staying for two nights for a medical procedure and the next day I requested room service and housekeeping freshened up my room with fresh sheets and towels. I enjoyed the pool and pool towels were readily available. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. It was a very quiet stay and breakfast and fresh coffee were a plus.
Didn't give any kind of discount. Clerk at front desk could have been friendlier. Room smelled musty. Toilet had NOT been cleaned well(especially where the seat is bolted on) GROSS. Shampoo dispenser was empty. On a good note- the beds was super comfy!! I never understand hotels having FAKE eggs. Nasty. Very little to choose from either.
Amazing stuff! Everytime I see them, they are cleaning. Awesome service, the rooms are super clean and everything is how you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Best deal in Springfield!
The check in staff member was polite and efficient. There were bugs in the room. We took one to the registration desk. I am not an expert in bed bugs because I don't practice living in filth. The carpet was damp. The towel bar fell off the wall. The toilet seat was loose. Motels should not have carpet.
