Very cozy room, kind and respectful staff. They have breakfast down stairs, microwave and mini fridge in the room (and tv! How could they not!) also wifi as well. I have anxiety and they gave me 2 card keys and I was like! Heck ya! The lady who checked me in reminds me of my mom. If you know you know!
Debbie is the best!! We will be back just because of her! Customer service at its finest!!! She took great care of our needs and even gave us her parking spot!!! She's the best!!!
Awesome customer service!!! Desirae, the gal behind the front desk, was friendly and helpful. The kids and I drove to Spokane for the weekend and arrived in the middle of the night. Desirae got us into a room for the weekend when multiple other hotels either turned us away outright or told us it was too late at night to check us in. She made us feel welcome and in the future if I come to Spokane again, I'll come here first. Strongly recommend. Great job Desirae. Thank you for your help.
