Great location / definitely needs upgrades room and appearance wise (front lobby, hallways). Front desk employees could use some customer service training. Wish the pool had been open, but it was closed for maintenance. Good if you’re looking for a hotel with no deposit/incident holds.
Terrible experience. It smells, management is not helpful or kind. The 5 star reviews are likely bots. Avoid at all costs.
One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Pictures are misleading. Hotel has a horrible smell and they leave exterior door open for long periods (I assume to air it out). The AC kept malfunctioning in the first room they put us in. The second room was better, but beds and pillows are small. The towels in the bathroom are tiny and we only had two. We're a family of four so I went to the front desk to ask for more. The person at the front desk was rude and almost refused to give me two more towels. DO NOT stay here.
