The staff and managers running the front desk were absolutely amazing. 10/10 customer service, highly recommended this location if you are looking for a place to stay in the Smyrna, GA area.

There was only one outlet in the rooms, and the bedsheets had holes in them. The sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, and despite it being a non-smoking establishment, the whole building reeks of smoke. The bathroom door is broken and won't shut all the way, and the receptionist has been yelling at someone on her cellphone for the last 45 minutes. Overall, the people are nice, but the establishment leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention you have to pay to get ice?

Very friendly staff and kept rooms nice and clean . Enjoyed swimming with my daughters.

Had an issue ask for connecting rooms went into the room,rooms where not connecting rooms(119-120 went back to the front desk got rooms across from the first (115&116)and somebody's entire stock of groceries and hygiene care was in the room went back to the front desk they switched my rooms again to (109&110) both rooms that connect they were decent but the young lady at the front desk had a serious attitude issue and did not want to actually assist us which switching rooms try to make us take whatever she wanted us to have ... read more
