Very bad experience. First I had to pay $100 cash deposit at the desk and my credit card on file. There was not hot water in the sink. The towels were so threadbare I would have thrown them out atleast a year ago if not longer. The microwave was nasty dirty and rusted inside. I checked out 30 minutes later. And the biggest disappointment as if that's not enough, the pool they advertise is covered up and not in use. They care so little for the property they won't open the pool. No thank you.

I am not happy about my recent stay at Baymont in Smithfield. First of all they chose not to take care of the pool so it is closed. No pool. The microwave was so nasty I would not use it. No hot water in the sink. None. The towels were so bad I would have tossed them last year if not sooner and I was charger a $100 cash deposit at check in. Not good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The bedspreads were stained and dirty looking, and one of the towels had fingerprint stains. Bottom of the toilet at the floor was dirty. Even the staircase was dirty.
