Diamond member status doesn’t matter. No upgrades or decent rooms ac want working properly and refrigerator spoiled my food
This Wyndham doesn't meet Wyndham standards. False advertising on the sign. The sign reads all new rooms. Our carpet was damp we wore shoes at all times. The walls were peeling paint the sink was clogged. The shower fixture fell out of the wall and hit me in the head. A gap under the door big enough to put my hand under. The baseboards were thick with dust and grime. We were going to go to another hotel but no vacancy anywhere considering it is the July 4th weekend.
