Since I can't put another review here are my screenshot of my previous one. I had booked a room for Labor Day Weekend. I've been told several times that the manager will call me back. Today during my free time (1:19pm) I called because the "manager" hasn't called me back. I booked my room with a 3rd party & since I did that I'm not able to get my full refund according to the lady who got my call. Came from Central Ohio to see Parrot Mountain. One night stay and it's musty smelling but the heat and AC. worked. Less than $50? Great value. Would I stay here if I had a lot more money? Yes. If I had a family with kids? No way. I will be able to pay for my admission to the park and a shirt with the money I save from going elsewhere. And free breakfast.
