Staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside of the building and office area were clean and inviting. The inside of our room, however, was not the cleanest. There were stains on the bedding and towels, and the countertops and floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Everything worked though. There were no bugs. The free breakfast was good. The Jacuzzi tub was awesome The staff was Great. Peaceful and quiet
We were really hoping for a good stay as it was the closest hotel to my husbands job site. The check in process started out a bit rocky but all parties came to agreement and moved forward. When we first arrived, trying to get sleep was almost impossible if the lady in 107 was outside because she talked loudly all times of the night. Then things started turning bad as the front desk Audrey tried to speak to me as if I was illiterate and as if I didn't comprehend anything.
