We had a king size bed....with 3 cheap pillows. Asked for more pillows and i was told they didn't have anymore. Husband asked later and nicer pillows were taken from an empty room. Another couple were at the front desk asking for a first floor room...they were told there weren't any available. They left. (Not many cars in the parking lot...hmm, there wasn't anyone else in the breakfast room the next morning.) Breakfast was just carbs.
