I’m writing a review because I can’t seem to get a refund and booking.com is trying their best. We got 2 rooms since we wanted to go fishing near by. Front desk was super nice but the rooms were nasty they both smelled bad the pillows had holes and stains all over them. One bed had bugs and it was nasty. Don’t recommend this place at all I felt bad for the front desk lady but it was really gross

Clean rooms and fabulous service! Ann was a delight. Very helpful with coordinating our company's block of rooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Two stars — only because of the friendly front desk staff We stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Ridgeland, SC while traveling through. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself was a different story. When we pulled back the bedding, we found flying bugs—not bed bugs, but the kind you'd expect to see outside during summer. I was very surprised with this Hotel. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an amazing employee, that made our check in as easy as possible. We stayed a week, food was Hot, Tasty, and clean!!! Rooms very cleaned daily, no roaches, or unwanted guests. Both receptionists were amazing, and very helpful. The “outside” noise felt like white noise to me therefore it put me right to sleep! Would absolutely recommend!!
