Vanessa at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. We really appreciated her professionalism an information provided. Super patient and friendly. The the kind customer service was delightful. The checkin process was smooth, quick, and easy. Add an amazing night's rest.. comfy beds. Looking forward to out next stay at baymont in the future. Highly recommend.

This place let me down and stressed me out with there redundant booking process. Grounds and room were unsatisfactory. Maintenance issues present! Tv, internet, ac unit and cosmetic issues were observed along with unsafe sidewalks
The service from everyone at the front desk was simply fantastic! I wasn't able to make use of the Denny's voucher with my schedule, but that was a really exciting breakfast option
