We love this place. I took my girlfriend there. She enjoyed herself. She loved the hot tub, of course swimming and getting in a hot tub and winter is just great love the front desk as people especially Debbie. She is wonderful. I love her to death. She does a great job. She’s a hard-working girl and she does a lot and I appreciate everything she has did for us when we stay there. Exceptional quality, quiet place, polite staff. Was able to get me a room on an emergency trailer tire blow out at 3 AM.
I cannot range enough about the amazing experience my family and I had while visiting Richmond! All of the hotel staff were beyond outstanding but special thank you to the lady running the front desk, Debbie and the breakfast chef, Richard! They went out of their way numerous times to ensure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable experience! Also the rooms and pool area were very well kept and clean!
