Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice facilities! I recommend this Whydham property to anyone staying or passing through Rapid City
The price was reasonable. Our room was dirty. There was stuff on the wall next to my kids bed and there was moldy food under the bed. The bathroom was dirty, sticky floor, hairs, and a dead spider. Our shower head was broken and sprayed water out the side. The continental breakfast was on par with other hotels but they did not restock it. There were no plates or napkins out. I had to rummage through the cabinets to find them and get them out. I will be looking for a different place to stay next time I am in Rapid City.
Keycard really didn't work to well in the morning but staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent price
