Says coffee maker, but has none, none offered by lobby except AM. Said Pool is open in Booking.com. I asked to make sure was told yes but no, not open. Booked a pool view room for that reason. Asked for ground floor, was none on the pool/back side. Room is comfortable but only one shampoo and conditioner and two towels, wash clothes. Seems like they dont want to be generous atall.

Their breakfast room closes at 9:00 am and I wont ever stay here again due to that alone. God forbid someone is retired or on vacation and wants to sleep in. Even 9:30 allows a little more time.
This stay was well beyond met my expectations the staff was wonderful room was clean I will definitely stay here again!
