I had trouble with the TV and there was no one to help The only person in the hotel was the person at the checkin desk. There was a cleaning person getting ready to leave when we checked in at 5:30 P.M. there were 2 remote controls and I accidentally got off Cox cable and had trouble getting it back. No one at the hotel could help me. The 2nd remote had a button for Netflix and one for Prime. No programs were available on the 2nd remote. The rooms are a little dated, but clean and cared for. We got here late, and the gentleman behind the desk was friendly and helpful. There are 4 hotels within a stones throw, and the location is obviously convenient if you're in the area. So far, so good. I'll update this review if breakfast is subpar or excellent, I'm expecting the standard fare, including a waffle bar as noted by the helpful desk clerk.
Great stay. Clean room!
This is a very good hotel. The rooms are always clean and customer services great! They actually have a pretty good breakfast too.
