I can’t comment on the rooms due to not being able to check in. The systems were down on Saturday during check in, although it was not the front lady’s fault she was extremely rude and only helped the people she picked. I was lied to about a pet fee. The hotel almost came out to over $200. When I called to cancel I was hung up on twice. I was only spoken to with inconvenience and rudeness. For the price, everyone was accommodating and we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed my stay here and eas within distance of everything we wanted to do.
The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I think the pool could use some work. Over all it was pleasant.
Everything was clean, the service was great.
