1-Star Review Avoid This Hotel – Unsafe, Unclean, and Completely Unprofessional This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Would not recommend. I booked the suite when I arrived, and was told the room was under renovation. However, there was a foul odor when you opened the door. There was no microwave in the room, and the linen didn't look clean, nor did the floor or the carpet. I was told that I needed to put a card on file for deposit, but was charged the deposit for supposedly linen damage to linen that didn't look clean when I checked in. There was NEVER anyone at the front desk until you yelp for help then a girl wearing pajamas with messy hair would come out and stare at you without helping when you voiced a concern there was no breakfast even tho they said there was, it was supposed to be 6-9 got there at 8 all cleaned up and away. room was fine but window wouldn’t lock and peephole covered and pool didn’t work.
