Tonya was incredibly friendly and helpful upon check in. There was an issue with my credit card and she was very patient and polite. Our room was extremely clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Management and staff member Cole treat people TERRIBLY. I assume Cole is trying to secure management position and that's why she brown noses but idk just a theory. Either way, those two people were so rude and cruel to my son and I I'm shocked they have jobs at all. They put my stuff OUTSIDE an hour before check out before I ever even spoke up about their attitudes at all. Rooms are dirty, staff is rude and dirty, rates are low for a reason y'all, steer clear.

Rooms were remodeled. Appreciated the hardwood floors in the rooms. Requested an early check in on the day prior to our stay. We were told shouldn't be a problem, she would leave a note and suggested we call back later in the morning of our check in date. I called back was told it shouldn't be a problem. When arrived we were told rooms weren't ready as they had a full house the night before. Not sure where the communication broke down. Also beware that breakfast is until 9 but if you go down at 8:45 food is no longer brought... read more
