Terrie at the front desk was extremely friendly and eager to help with anything I needed. Room was stocked and clean though showed age. Breakfast was as advertised and food was fresh and hot.
DeLorean gave me the best experience I could have asked for! I showed up at midnight completely rum-dum from the road.....made a mistake on my reservation and she made everything okay...without drama, without a fuss just easy peasy......and did so with genuinely warm conversation....in a world where Kind customer service can seem forced, DeLorean has what cannot be taught.....a heart for people.
