Upon arrival we had to wait 25-30 minutes before we could even check in because they did not have our room available and were trying to find us a different room. The pool/hot tub they claim to have is not in service, there were 2 other guests having issues with their rooms when we arrived, and someone tried to come into our room while we were in it. I would only recommend this place if you have to stay 1 night as it is not good enough to stay for multiple days at a time.

For the price and proximity to NYC, you can't go wrong. The place is older and needs some work. Our TV and chair was broken and the pool has not been open since Covid. The free breakfast was good. Just get there early before they run out of eggs and sausage. When we checked in on 8/14 at 8:30 in the evening, the person on desk was not very friendly and insisted on seeing everyone's ID's (including children). Very bizarre.
