Employee needs to be more trained and professional. Before they hire they need to learn terms and conditions. Uninformed guy working at the desk don’t even know anything about hotel industry.baymont should turn it down this place.
Stayed at this hotel for 1 night on 8/2 after a friend wedding at the Legacy Castle, which is directly across the highway. We checked in, got room key, went inside and room was not ready, crews did their best to accommodate us. Room was spacious, rugs need to replace, ugly, old, and worn out, bathroom was nice and cleaned, looks renovated. AC worked so well that we had to turn it off, got freezing cold.
