This is a lovely hotel VERY close to Road America for race fans. A couple of observations: There was no one at the front desk. Not at check in, not any of the times we came and went. The morning of checkout was the first time we saw someone "stationed" at the desk. We probably waited about 4-5 minutes after we followed the instructions at the desk with a number to call for assistance. The number went to voicemail! The staff here is absolutely amazing! We had nothing but positive interactions. It’s nice to see that there is still good customer service around. Rooms were clean and we had 0 complaints.
Lovely hotel. People are super nice and helpful. Quiet. Diet Pepsi available in a vending machine that works with a card. I enjoyed the breakfast. Close to Road America.
