I was a broke down truck driver stuck for 5 nights. My trucking company put me up in this hotel, and I could not have been happier about it with my stay - everyone was kind, caring, and sympathetic to the broke down situation. They kept making coffee in the lobby even though they normally don't have people drinking pots of coffee 24 hours a day and when I needed to walk to do laundry they allowed me to use their laundry facility. Makayla is the most awesome person and the maids that cleaned room 123 I left my purse behind and they took it to the front desk and I was able to send someone there to pick it up for me thank you so much Baymont inn and suites staff u are all the best we never have had a bad stay at ur motel rooms always comfortable clean and smell fresh
