The room was great very comfy home feel the staff alone is the reason to stay the manager is amazing she is extremely helpful the entries front desk staff is amazing the maid service and breakfast service are better than anywhere I’ve stayed I won’t hesitate to stay here again in fact my wife and I plan on staying once a month for fun
The room was overpriced for it's condition. The shower was in terrible condition. I had to skip taking a shower due to it being so filthy. I woke up with bug bites all over my legs the next morning after sleeping under the covers.
Great Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms… Freeway is close and noisy though
Terrible! Absolutely disgusting from cleanliness to the rudeness of the daytime desk lady. Someone from corporate needs to seriously take a look here. Checked into a dirty room first night. Not even a "sorry about that" ! The pool/exercise area is so GROSS! Breakfast food is old and stale . The price for this hotel at most should be $45. I am shocked that they are allowed to operate.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights on 9/15. Our stay was great, the staff were all very kind and welcoming and the breakfast wasn’t bad. It wasn’t until we checked out that our stay took a turn for the worst. While I went to grab our vehicle, my boyfriend was waiting out front with all of our bags loaded on the luggage cart. While I was off to get our vehicle, the manager came out and asked my boyfriend who the reservation was under, to which he said was me.
