We arrived to a lovely/welcoming service desk. Lemon water, relaxing music, so nice. The manager however told the service desk person we couldn’t stay with our ESA. We waited almost 30 minutes for directions if we had to check out or what, the manager never followed up.
The front desk lady was very kind and polite. The rooms are very nice. The only bad part was the shower was not clean. I would stay again.
