Booked and paid for some clients and buyers who came into town for business. They would not allow our clients to check in because they were not the name on our card. Stay away from this hotel. Very shady practices.
A total dump
Do not stay here. It is located 100 yds from the freeway and the road noise is very load. Covered my head with a pillow & still heard the 18 wheelers all night long. NO SLEEPING at this hotel that sits on the interstate. Customer service at this hotel is horrible. BEWARE!!!
There’s mold in the bathroom on the roof , they give you “clean” towels with red spots on them. They call you at 10am to remind you that checkout is at 11am and if you don’t answer they’ll continue to call and then housekeeping follows up with a knock at the door with “hello housekeeping you check out today”. I understand this isn’t a 5 star hotel but I asked the front desk if they possibly had paper plates and paper towels, they told me “no we don’t have any of those supplies”, but they do serve breakfast in the morning so ... read more
