Canceled existing reservations without any notification, just informed at the front desk that they have switched over to IHG instead of Wyndham. Worst possible customer service and attitude at the front desk was extremely rude. Please don’t book.
Booked on Priceline and tried to checkin with family but found out that Baymont is no longer present at this location. We are now stranded with family and Priceline just cancelled the booking without providing an alternative. Beware when booking from Priceline!
