Wyndham's Website and Third Party websites lists this hotel as pet friendly. However, it is not. They will turn you away despite already taking your money to reserve a "pet-friendly" room. There are multiple mentions on Wyndham's website that they will accept non-ADA dogs for a fee.
Single worst experience ever! I thought that this hotel being a Wyndham it would be safe, I was wrong. This is definitely not up to Wyndhams standards. Specifically asked, when making reservation, if pool and hot were working, told yes. The pool was unheated and in disrepair and the hot tub “broke” a week prior. The ice machine was broken and had a note in it to go to office for ice but office door was locked and stayed locked my entire stay, 2 nights. The vending machines were empty and unplugged.
