My friend, who is legally blind, was treated incredibly poorly by the staff and manager at this hotel and its affiliated property. She needed a room for one night before her flight. When her credit card didn’t go through, she became visibly upset and was told to go to another hotel (a $30 cab ride away). At the second hotel, I provided my credit card for authorization. I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The entire hotel has been renovated with new furniture and carpet. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

AVOID IT!!! The worst hotel I have come across in a very long time. Checked in late at night as we needed a place to stay. Hotel had a nice sign at the reception saying "100% smoke free hotel", but the room stank like a chimney. Worst thing though was the total absence of any cleanliness. The bathroom had toilet paper on the floor, an empty toilet paper roll and urine stains. Absolutely disgusting. When we inspected the bedsheets, there were stains everywhere. I traditionally do not stay at Days Inn. I have had horrible experiences in two different states over the past 20 years. this Days Inn was better than the other two. I stayed there because my uncle made the reservations without checking with me first. However, if you have children do not stay here. the staff was good. Pool not working. grounds tattered and under repair. It is an extended stay environment with families living there. My room was surprisingly clean and my refrigerator worked. We had a terrible experience at Baymont Hotel. The room smelled so bad it was impossible to sleep, and there were no other rooms available. It was midnight, and we were traveling with family—where were we supposed to go? I contacted Expedia, but they said cancellations must happen within 15 minutes of check-in. That policy was never communicated, and neither Expedia nor the hotel staff helped us. Expedia eventually said the hotel agreed to refund one night and gave me a $25 OneKeyPass. Follow up to my last review. I contacted the hotel manager on Sept. 16 and asked her if she needed my credit card number in order to issue a refund. She said no and that she was busy. Well, it has now been over 2 weeks, and I have yet to get my refund. And I have had no further communication from the manager!

horrible customer service. the men at the front desk were so rude. they hung up on me twice. I booked a room on behalf of my company for someone else to stay and I was treated badly by the front desk.
