Where do i even start. 1. The lobby was nasty. Trash everywhere. 2. Most the staff doesnt speak much english. So goodluck trying to get information. 3. They advertised shuttles to seaworld but it doesnt. And owner Omar of the shuttle will hang up on you mid sentence asking about times cause “the hotel shouldve told you this info” and the shuttles are always late. The shuttle drivers were so unbelievably rude and useless with handicap scooters. Didnt even strap them down or help put the seats up like we were suppose to know h... read more
Hotel is not as described in photos and description. Amenities are also not as listed and described or extremely subpar. Not worth the money. Edit to respond to review: What I encountered was clearly not unusual after looking more into other reviews showing the positive reviews are from another location. I would encourage any traveler to stay far away. We will not be back.
I checked in a day early and asked for my room to be charged to a different card other than I booked the room with. The guy said ok and charged the new card. In the middle of the night I get an alert that BOTH of my cards were charged. Had to get a refund on one card which took over 30 minuets of trying to explain to the guy at the desk. Tuesday morning (2 days after check-in) found stains on the 2nd Queen bed in the room (we're not using this bed the room was cheaper for this set up) and asked for room to be cleaned and tow... read more
Spacious rooms. Front desk only Mr. Euclides was welcoming, friendly and makes you feel at home. breakfast nothing to brag about.
