The rooms are in serious need of a renovation. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a safety concern with men sitting outside their doors, in the parking lot drinking. The loud music that has continued late into the night is so disturbing. Call the front office and nothing is done. So disappointing. Management should ensure ALL of their residents feel safe and are comfortable, not concerned about renting spaces!

A live roach when I checked out in the morning but was on its back apparently dying. The water took FOREVER to get warm.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and this is by far.My most pleasant stay.The room was very nicely remodeled.It was comfortable, it was clean.The property really looks good.Five stars all the way across

I booked this Baymont in Orlando at over $200/night, expecting at least reliable basics. The room itself looked recently renovated (tile floors, updated finishes), but that’s where the positives ended. The air conditioning did not work in 90-degree Florida heat. Despite reporting it to the front desk, no alternative room was offered and no one followed up.
