The check in was easy. After going in the room the whole place looked dirty and outdated. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were completely empty. For 6 guests we only had 2 body towels. When we went to the front desk to ask for shampoo and towels the receptionist gave us 2 little packs of shampoo and 2 more small towels. We had to ask for extra linen for the sofa bed and he gave us a couple of dirty sheets and a dirt pillow for it. The bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had a nasty smell. Don't let them give you a room on the back side of the hotel. Transport trucks use the rear parking lot right by those rooms. We paid $150 for the privilege of hearing engines running all night. Could have stayed at a truck stop for free had we wanted to hear that all night. First time ever we seriously considered getting up and leaving. We got very little sleep. Our room was shabby and not very clean. Will never stay here again.
